Principal Training Course (2004-2007)
IVN's pilot program was institutionalized by the Ministry of Education in 2007
|

| In 2004, IVN implemented a Principal Training Course Pilot based on the belief that school principals must become the primary change agents in schools. The program was unique in combining active learning with direct mentorship of the principals in their schools. Together with the Yad Hanadiv Foundation and Check Point, we ran a very successful pilot and due to its success, the Ministry of Education agreed to take ownership and lead a national process and hence, the Israel Institute for School Leadership (ISL) was established. |
